We have cloths and shoes and with ~10000 order qty per day in 8 hr shift we put 70 pickers which I think is huge.. how can we reduce things.« Back to Questions List

With the information provided, we are assuming that orders are being picked order wise. With so much qty to be picked you can simply go with SKU wise Zone or wave picking which will require order wise Sorting/segregation afterwards however even including that it will bring down your overall picking manpower to at-least 50% or more.
