Our Story
Holisol (holistic solutions), was launched in June, 2009 by Manish Ahuja, Naveen Rawat and Rahul S Dogar. After spending many years in the industry with the leading companies they realised that there was a market need for an organisation who can understand customer’s business and design solutions which fit their business needs instead of offering a “product” which requires customer to fit in. Holisol created a value-proposition of Design-Implement-Manage to offer customers an experience of working like their own extended team with affordable, strategic and operational expertise. Headquartered in Delhi, Holisol has a workforce of +200 supply chain enthusiasts who are continuously building value through leadership, innovation and relationships.

Rahul gained deep insights into supply chain. His expertise includes strategy, business planning and P&L management. A B. Tech and an MBA Rahul is an avid reader and mentors new startups.
22+ years of industry experience, Naveen’s expertise is in designing fulfilment solutions for multi-channel retail. He drives innovation and
is responsible for building new capabilities in Holisol. He has previously worked as Head – Contract Logistics with APL Logistics for their India operations. A B.Tech and MBA in Marketing, Naveen is a voracious reader, photographer and loves driving in the hills.
15+ years of experience in the industry, Manish has made Holisol a leader in integrated packaging and logistics solutions with new inventions
and innovations. Before co-founding Holisol, Manish was responsible for service integrity in APL Logistics for India operations.. A Commerce graduate and MBA in Marketing, Manish is passionate about “DIY” (do-it-yourself) projects and loves driving.
Dinesh holds degree in MBA, MFM and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He carries 15 years of experience and has worked across various sectors and
industries in finance leadership role. His expertise includes funds management, budgeting, forecasting, compliances & taxation. Dinesh is currently heading finance, human resources and legal vertical for Holisol. Dinesh is an ardent traveller and loves driving and going places.
15+ years of experience and a fourth member to join Holisol, Ajay has worked in various roles such as business development, IT implementation,
project management. His expertise includes fulfilment network design & development. In his present role, he is leading the retail function and focussed on strategical expansion of our retail network India. MS in Logistics & Supply Chain from the UK, Ajay likes to watch movies, comedy sitcoms and is fond of reading management books.
Sunil is an MIT (USA) certified and a B.E. in ECE. He has 16 years of experience in complex technologies and has worked as a solution architect and product
manager with large corporations such as IBM and Mavenir Systems. He drives technology initiatives in Holisol. Sunil enjoys solving maths puzzles in his free time.
With 14+ years of experience in supply chain & production, 12+ years has worked in the roles of implementation of dark store/FC and
last mile (B2B & B2C) operations handling. Currently looking after Holisol-Pan India operation of distribution & hyperlocal dark store and is working towards establishing Holisol as a service channel partner with SDD & NDD from hyperlocal network. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering & postgraduate in Designing & Analysis ,likes to travel & spend time with family & friends.
With over 16 years of experience in the HR domain, Saurabh has cultivated extensive expertise through close collaboration with diverse
groups. Currently at the helm of HR & Safety, his primary focus revolves around ensuring co-worker satisfaction. Saurabh’s contributions have been recognized with prestigious accolades, including being named an HR Leader trendsetter in 2023 and ranking among the Top 100 HR leaders in 2024. Armed with an APHRM from IIM Lucknow, Saurabh remains steadfast in his commitment to delivering excellence within his field. Outside of his professional endeavours, he finds joy in exploring new destinations, indulging in long drives, and passionately following cricket matches.
9+ years of experience in the national and international supply chain of leading Auto OEMs, Ashish handles the designing & development
of integrated packaging & logistic solutions for the automotive & agriculture industry. M-Tech (Industrial Engineering), Ashish likes to travel and is a huge basketball fan.
Vikram has an experience of 15+ years in FMCG and logistics industries. He is heading the personal care & FMCG category at Holisol.
Vikram is a commerce graduate and has a keen interest in travelling.
In his 10 years long career, Gautam has worked in logistics, IT and supply chain management industries. He has been a part of some of the very crucial operational
launches. Gautam joined Holisol as a system and data analyst for last mile vertical. At present he is heading business navigation team for all the business verticals and significantly involved in driving theme of data driven decision to build analytics as DNA of Holisol. He is also taking care of the implementation of analytics tools in inhouse systems. Gautam is a graduate and a green belt in lean six sigma. He likes number crunching, gadgets and travelling.
24+ years of experience including APL Logistics, Maersk Line, Geodis and having worked for customers such as JCPenney, Gap, H&M and Quiksilver.
Kiran has expertise in the strategical role of marketing & communication in the supply chain domain. Kiran is a graduate in English Hons. and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Mass Communication. She is leading the communication function for Holisol and is responsible for designing-implementing-managing the communication strategy which is aligned with the organisation’s “business & people development” goals. In her free time, she can be found experimenting with new (and scrumptious) baking recipes. She also has a keen interest in exploring the plus-size fashion industry.
Rohit is an accomplished corporate leader, a veteran of more than 25 years of leadership experience in various organisations and geographies.
His educational qualifications include a B.Tech. (distinction) and an MBA (gold medallist). A large part of his career has been in the domain of customer experience, sales, marketing, business development and channel strategies with global giants.
He has worked as Director for General Motors India, National Head for Maruti Suzuki, and Bajaj Auto. Besides automobiles, Rohit also has rich hands-on experience in the cement industry, Edu Tech, the social sector, Agri-Tech, and business consulting. He has some unique ‘Industry-First’ management paradigms to his credit. Rohit is also the author of a best-selling book titled ‘Fall, Don’t Fail’. This book became Amazon Bestseller No. 1 twice since its launch in 2021.
