Following are the factors required to design Returnable Packaging Solution & calculate
a required number of unit loads:

1. Component dimensions
2. Component Weight
3. Monthly Volume
4. Cycle time for one complete cycle from Supplier to OEM & back to Supplier
5. Handling of unit load at both Supplier & OEM end
