 About the customer:

Our customer specializes in logistics solutions for sports, events, exhibitions & warehousing in Doha, Qatar. The customer has scaled up their operations in last mile delivery in Doha and for their new operations was looking for a tech-based solution.

Customer’s challenges & requirements:

The customer was facing difficulty in managing their day to day operations. From creating the MIS to cash reconciliation, everything was being done manually. This led to challenges in –

  • Orders consolidation and allocation of jobs to field executives
  • Scheduling of the deliveries and their pick-ups
  • Sorting of orders and allocation of the drivers
  • Serialization of orders
