  • Multi-Channel Fulfilment Warehousing: Facility setup, cold storage customization, customer SOP implementation, and operation launch, all successfully delivered within 45 days.
  • Cold Room Storage Set Up: Customized the storage area with advanced temperature loggers for real-time monitoring and an alarm system to trigger when temperatures deviate from the set range.
  • Inventory Management: Implemented FEFO (First Expired, First Out) based on customer requirements to ensure optimal stock rotation and minimal waste, while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Last-Mile Solution: Simplified service to 18,000+ zip codes with our tech-enabled last-mile operations. Integrated with over 32 last-mile operators, offering flexibility in operator selection and ensuring real-time visibility of operations.
  • Customized WMS: Developed a tailor-made Warehouse Management System (WMS) with Order Management Functionality (OMS), fully integrated with Holisol DMS, delivery partners system, and customer ERP for comprehensive end-to-end visibility.
